So you made a fabulous dinner...a salad...a steak...and baked potatoes.
But...you have a lot of potatoes left what to do?
Well I use them for the next days breakfast.
Preheat oven to 400 degrees
Cut the potatoes into slices
Place in lightly oiled (1/4 cup)oven safe pan
Season to your taste
Baked until potatoes are crisp to your liking.
I myself like a few burnt pieces. I usually serve my fried potatoes with eggs and sausage.
